When you book AV services with us, a staff member is on hand to set up and test all equipment before guests arrive. They remain available throughout your event to troubleshoot, adjust levels, switch inputs and keep your presentation moving. We don’t hand you a remote and leave, we’re there when you need us.We can work with your presenter ahead of time to confirm their setup requirements, test any laptop or device connections, and ensure video conferencing platforms are configured correctly before the day. For large or complex events, we recommend a pre-event walkthrough with our team.
